Sean Kearns
Sean has been a leader in his field for over two decades. He understands focus and one of his distinctions is understanding the difference between attention and connection.
Men long for connection and we confuse it with attention. A man needs five good friends who will challenge, love and champion him to become the best that he can be. Without that support, he is essentially a bullshit factory.
If we truly understood that we were going to die, we wouldn’t waste another second of our lives. We’d get on propose, in action and serve our community.
Identifying, noticing and stepping aside from the distraction economy is vital if we are to live our best lives and give our own unique gift to the world.
